Summer Camps

Golf camp

These camps are not set up to teach juniors how to play golf. Programs such as The First Tee are more aptly suited for that. Juniors will need to operate with a certain level of independence, capable of managing their own equipment, able to walk and keep up with an understanding of safety and courtesy. Therefore, we ask that parents and guardians spend some time beforehand conditioning their junior on these aspects to prepare them for camp. Parents are invited to attend if they wish to help their junior in the initial stages, but it is not mandatory. Camps are managed by a PGA Professional and staff. Juniors are permitted to bring snacks, refreshments and lunches. Cell phones permitted but with limited access. Proper golf attire required.

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENTAL LEAGUE GOLF CAMP

The last two days then challenge the juniors to participate in competition culminating in a team competition and awards on the final day. Parents are invited to attend the match and awards ceremony on Friday afternoon.

Camp orientation for parents and juniors will be May 5 at 11 a.m. at Santa Maria and Camp Prep at City Park on May 24 at 5:30 p.m.
