The Green force is calling. Answer the call and become a conservation volunteer
 
The Green Force Needs YOU!

Ever wonder what it takes to keep our hiking trails and gardens in tip top shape?  Do you enjoy being outside and meeting fellow nature nerds? 

Then you should answer the call to become a Green Force Volunteer. During this 1-day course we will train you on how to care for our native habitats and assist with conservation programming. We cover topics like invasive species removal, trail maintenance, native plantings and more. Come learn with us and help make Baton Rouge a greener place to live and play.

Privet Pull-ooza

Volunteers are needed to help us remove an invasive species from the forest at Bayou Manchac Park!

We need your help to pull, cut, snip and destroy chinese privet, ligustrum sinense which is impacting our habitats across the parish. No experience needed, all supplies provided.
