175.0 Acres - BREC recently developed Flanacher Road Park, which now a new soccer complex with restroom facilities, a recreation center, recreation paths, fishing pond, picnic area and shelters, playground, and basketball court and a disc golf course. The park is a 175-acre site featuring pristine wooded areas and vast open spaces containing stands of large-mature specimen oak trees and other hardwoods.
