  • New Community Gathering Space with Future Pavilion and Food Distribution Shed.
  • Multiple new surfaces, including Permeable Pavers, Decomposed Granite, Artificial Turf, and New Concrete Walks/Drop-off Paving.
  • An on-site cistern will collect stormwater from the pavilion roof and serve as an irrigation source for planters.
  • Bioretention Planters will capture, store, and clean the site's stormwater.
  • A fully Native Louisiana landscape palette is planted on-site, featuring trees, shrubs, grasses, and wildflowers to celebrate the changing seasons.
