Fae Fest Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in attending BREC's 2025 Fae Fest as a vendor, which will take place at  May 10 at BREC's Independence Community Park from noon to 3 p.m.

We are currently in the process of looking for local Folklore and Fantasy focused small businesses, artists, craft vendors and others who would like to showcase their unique product to the local community.

Each vendor will be asked to provide their own tent, table. Please specify any reasonable requests below and we will be happy to do our best and provide those for you.

We encourage you to share your plan for attendance with all your customers, friends and family to help further promote the event.
