2024 Leaders in Training

Our Leadership In Training program is designed for aspiring leaders that are interested in becoming camp counselors. LITs will participate in a blend of team-building activities, hands-on experiences and field trips that foster leadership skills including effective communication, problem-solving and decision-making. Participants will gain insight on leadership styles and techniques and empower them to become confident, inclusive leaders, ready to make a positive impact in the community and as a summer camp counselor. Space is limited to 10 campers.
